Nicki has worked at multiple levels of the medical device sales process and has experience with value analysis committees, sales team development and training, inside sales support and in-the-field sales. She is EndoGlow’s National Sales Manager and board member where she was able to bring the lens of sales to our early development stages and business to consumer interactions. She received her M.B.A from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and went on to own and develop a medical distribution company.
