Born and raised in upstate NY, Stephanie is relatively new to the Economic Development field. She enjoys the challenge offered by Agri-business attraction and retention and the opportunity to expand her skillset. Having been with Empire State Development for over six years now, she helps manage four amazing programs: the County Infrastructure Grant Program, FAST NY, Restore NY and the newly anticipated Power-Up. She has four dogs and recently became the “mother” to five Nigerian Dwarf goats and is relishing the thought of growing a farm with her husband on their Schoharie County property. Her side passion is clean energy, namely on and offshore wind. “To me, wind farms are a thing of beauty.”
