Loretta Beine is Senior Director of Business Development for the life science industry at Empire State Development. At ESD, Loretta is dedicated to assisting existing life science companies and attracting new business to NYS. She has also focused her efforts on supporting New York State’s small businesses who wish to export their products and services.
