Faraz began his career as a machinist milling parts for linear motors and actuators. After earning his Master’s in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, he spent several years leading motor and generator development for Boeing, GE, and John Deere Electronics.
The Utica native has since returned to New York to found Reflex Technologies, helping mom-and-pop manufacturers eliminate time-consuming work tracking parts, labor, and sales. Faraz also serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at the Strategic Executive Alliance, a cooperative of professionals providing executive leadership in Central New York, Mohawk Valley, and the North Country.
