Sabrina Choi is a Food Science Ph.D. student at Cornell University who researches how nutrition influences taste and eating behavior. Her background combines sensory science, consumer research, and food product development, with a particular interest in turning consumer needs into innovative food concepts. At Eggiyo, she leads sensory and consumer strategy while helping shape the product’s nutrition, positioning, and commercialization.
