Balaji Suresh is VP of Operations, for Communication Systems segment’s operations function of L3Harris Technologies. He joined L3Harris in 2020 as Sr Director of the operations team. Reporting to Communication Systems President, he is currently responsible for providing vision and leadership to the operations function. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Madras, India, and a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from University of Florida. He spent most of his 20+ year career at United Technologies Group of companies. He is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams and integrating lean principles, technology and enterprise systems to solve business problems in operations.
