Donna Howell leads the Industrial Partnerships Program at the Cornell Center for Materials Research (CCMR), where she works to stimulate and strengthen materials R&D knowledge transfer, and develop connections between university-based research and its application. CCMR offers access to world-class experts and state-of-the-art equipment to help companies create new products, explore new markets, and grow. Prior to her role at Cornell University, she led New York State’s economic development efforts in the Southern Tier Region with Empire State Development. She enjoys working with companies of all sizes to build our communities, on projects that solve societal problems. She is also a finalist mentor for the GROW-NY Food & Ag Competition.
