Nicole Lustgarten, Ph.D., is a clinical embryologist and translational researcher specializing in reproductive medicine. She earned her doctorate at Weill Cornell and completed postdoctoral training at Weill Cornell’s Center for Reproductive Medicine, where she also gained hands-on IVF laboratory experience. In industry, Nicole has worked on clinical research and product-validation efforts at emerging women’s health startups, helping translate innovation into real IVF workflows. She currently serves as Clinical Advisor at IVSonance, bringing expertise in embryology, product development, and IVF clinic operations. Her focus is accelerating practical, evidence-based innovations that improve efficiency, outcomes, and access in IVF.
