Fares Al-lahabi is the Co-Founder and CEO of CarbonCLAIR, a New York climate-tech company developing energy efficient air-treatment systems for construction and industrial environments. He has led deployments with NYC DEP, Skanska, and the Trust for Governors Island, advancing CarbonCLAIR from a prototype to an operating venture with successful field results. Fares completed the NSF National I-Corps Teams program, earned Mount Sinai Rising Star Award, serves as Co-Principal Investigator on a Mount Sinai NIH P30 environmental-health study, and was selected as a Climate Tech Fellow by The New York Climate Exchange. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University and has led more than 40 interns and employees.
