Jaime Sweet is the third-generation owner, President & CEO of Hartman Enterprises, Inc., a woman-owned, MWBE-certified, AS9100 precision machining company in Central New York. Under her leadership, HEI supplies aerospace and defense customers, maintains ITAR registration, and holds HUBZone certification. A champion of apprenticeship programs, Jaime drives operational excellence and rigorous quality systems while strengthening New York’s manufacturing talent pipeline. She also prioritizes professional development within HEI to upskill employees and advance their careers. Jaime serves on the boards of the Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY) and the Central New York Technology Development Organization (TDO) and sits on the SUNY Polytechnic Institute College of Engineering Advisory Board. Her work focuses on building resilient U.S. supply chains through training, community partnerships, and continuous improvement.
