Jeff Fitzgerald is a consultant for Defense Microelectronics Packaging. Prior to this, at BAE Systems’ FAST Labs™, he was responsible for maintaining the advanced high-reliability microelectronics packaging and interconnect technology roadmaps for the US Electronic Systems sector. This included cultivating strategic partnerships and inspiring innovation. Jeff has over 34 years of experience, largely devoted to hermetic packaging. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and currently holds 4 patents.
