Paul has been on the Albany Nanotech complex since 2011 providing program administration for various high profile consortiums, including the Global 450mm Consortium (G450C) and the NY Power Electronics Manufacturing Consortium (NY PEMC). From 2017 to June 2020, Paul was the Operations Manager over all programs on the Albany Nanotech site run through Research Foundation for the State University of New York. The programs equate to over $300m of transactions annually and include partnerships with IBM (CSR), Applied Materials (META), Tokyo Electron (TTCA), Cree (PEMC), and the American Institute for Manufacturing in Photonics (AIM).
Prior to arriving at the Albany Nanotech, Paul held various senior roles for NYS and the Research Foundation.
