Robert Isoldi is General Manager of Hitemco LLC, a Lincotek Group Company, where he brings a strong passion for aerospace and defense manufacturing, operational excellence, and innovation.
Robert began his career in the aerospace industry at GKN Monitor Aerospace as a tool designer, where he developed an early foundation in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. He later joined CPI Aerostructures, ultimately serving as Senior Director of Operations Manufacturing. While there, he successfully identified and implemented opportunities to introduce automation into structural assembly and welding, helping modernize traditional manufacturing processes.
Throughout his career, Robert has remained focused on advancing aerospace and defense manufacturing with lean six sigma principles, investing in his workforce and introducing technology wherever possible. He is also passionate about strengthening the future of the industry by working with academia to introduce the next generation to the opportunities and importance of manufacturing on Long Island.
