Todd brings over three decades of expertise in launching high-tech products within startup companies. As a technology leader, he has led the development and market introduction of innovative solutions to various industries. He served as the Vice President of Engineering at a high-tech startup in Rochester, NY, where he was instrumental in transforming the company from its foundational idea into a profitable product manufacturing enterprise. In that role, he led strategic operational initiatives encompassing IP strategy, engineering, manufacturing, and sales of custom products. He also supported the CEO in fundraising, IP licensing, and new business development initiatives. Todd holds a B.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from RIT.
