Waritsara “Peach” Khongkomolsakul

Waritsara “Peach” Khongkomolsakul is a Food Science Ph.D. candidate at Cornell University and Co-Founder of Eggiyo, where she leads product formulation and innovation. Her research focuses on food proteins, ingredient functionality, encapsulation, and food processing. She also has extensive hands-on product development experience through national innovation competitions, where she has helped develop multiple award-winning food concepts and translate food science into consumer-ready products.
